Bird hunters out this way are encouraged to shoot any stray cats they encounter (and bury the evidence, presumably, including Tiger’s identifying tags) so that the bird population isn’t so ravaged by them. Ironic, of course, that one predator is killing another predator so there is more prey, to be killed.
