Heron & Duck

I arrived in New York City 25 years ago today. Via the George Washington Bridge. I somehow made it down to the East Village on the FDR and… and… found parking! I have lived here ever since, with the occasional foray to here and there; over here, here, and here; and over there, there, there, and there.

      New York is such a place of otherness, the imports outnumber the born-here, or so it often seems….
