Branta canadensisThey were hanging out with the feral cats who infest the area.Branta canadensisBoth goslings (and their parents, who hissed sinisterly at bipeds) and cats seemed cool about the situation. I couldn’t tell if the geese were eating the cat-food left by the well-meaning but wrong-headed.Branta canadensisThere is very little traffic there on weekends. The Osprey in the nearby nest are strictly fish-eaters.
