  1. I’ve seen red-tailed hawks go after them. Do any of the smaller hawks?

    1. I don’t know. A female Cooper’s could probably take one, but accipiters generally go for birds. It’s not that they have no predators at all, but that whole fox/coyote/wolf mammal level is missing in the city, barring those coyotes who wander in, but then they take the easy route and go for our spoils.

  2. So we’re left with feral cats and unleashed dogs.
