PSA: Both of my Green-Wood members’ walks have sold out. If you’re in NYC, let Green-Wood know you’d like to see more insect walks there! We can be back next spring and summer, this time as part of the regular program, open to all comers.

A Red-tailed Hawk on the ground is an inelegant beast. They sort of galumph when they walk. This one coasted down from a tree with a very worried squirrel in it. What could the raptor have been hunting? (Answer tomorrow.)
