Six-spotted Tiger Beetle (Cicindela sexguttata), seen recently in Virginia and on Staten Island.
Coleocentrus rufus, a parasitic wasp. This and the rest of the creatures here were sere seen recently in Virginia.
Speaking of wasps:Pseudomethoca simillima, one of the velvet ants, which are really wasps.
Wheeling pieces of luggage across a walkway, I ran into this enormous magnificence: Apheloria virginiensis ssp. corrugata.
Ashy Clubtail (Phanogomphus lividus).
Lancet Clubtail (Phanogomphus exilis). Both of these clubtails are new species for me.
Analeptura lineola.
So many Nomada bees, so hard to tell them apart.
 Platydracus maculosus, maybe.
Tan Jumping Spider (Platycryptus undatus),
