Same gloomy day. But the hovering gave away this American Kestrel (Falco sparverius) over Lookout Hill, just before it made a pass at some warblers.
There were three species of sandpiper along the Lake edge: Spotted, Least, and, pictured: Semipalmated (Calidris pusilla).
