  1. do you know what type of insect that first critter is? i think they bite!

  2. I don’t know what these are. I find them in my bathroom some times. No bites, though.

  3. Greetings:
    The insect in question is a spider beetle, in the family Ptinidae. It is widely distributed, and feeds on seeds, pepper, wheat bran, stale bread, decayed animal and vegetable refuse, cereals, and other materials. They show up in houses, mills, bakeries, etc., and are rarely found outdoors.
