There’s a new report out by the New York City Biodiversity Task Force on how our wild future needs us. “Oaks, Our City, and Us” lays out a vision for how NYC can better support nature in every neighborhood.

The city does not currently have a biodiversity strategy, another reason the reign of the ruling plutocracy/corrupt hack alliance running this place needs to be broken.

Republitrump fascists and their collaborators in the corporate media and the Democratic Party are having islamophobic/red-scare hissy-fits over Zohran Mamdani’s win in the Democratic mayoral primary last week, but don’t fall for that nonsense. When Trump threatens to have his ICEstapo disappear Mamdani and tools like Senator Kristen Gillibrand (NY-“Democrat”) essentially agree with that, there’s no clearer picture of what we’re up against.
