Street Scene

Two of these House Sparrows have white feathers.
One rather prominently. (Here’s some information on leucristic feathering.)
Bossy pigeon moves in.

    I’ve seen “Vesper” House Sparrows in Central Park in the past. Leucism can take many forms. This one gives me pause because of the species it could have been.

    I suppose that bit of white bread bun is nutritionally suspect for those birds.
