I’ve seen “Vesper” House Sparrows in Central Park in the past. Leucism can take many forms. This one gives me pause because of the species it could have been.
I suppose that bit of white bread bun is nutritionally suspect for those birds.
Just as it is for bipedal forms like ourselves, though these species may handle it better than ducks?
