The Supreme Court ruling allowing large religious gatherings does not confer the right to spread the Covid 19 virus. It is reasonable to assume attendance at large gatherings is accompanied by increased risk of exposure to the virus. That is why the limit on gathering size exists. I propose anyone, regardless of religious or other affiliation, who attends a gathering larger than allowed by pandemic limits be required to quarantine for two weeks. I also propose enforcement of the requirement and criminal penalties for infractions. I don’t want anyone to die for another person’s religious rites.
The theocratic five on SCOTUS are making that nasty Chief Justice look good.
