    Are you still using a Sony RX10? Beautiful shots.

      It came within two feet of my boots. I didn’t move for quite a while as it approached.

      Yup, same camera. Would love a real long lens, but then I’d need a macro, too, for bug work. Sigh.

    Cool! I love it when they come right up to you. Doesn’t happen all that often for me.

    I shelled out for the Nikon 200-500 mm lens last year and honestly I’m still learning how to use it. Got some shots with it that I’m really happy about, but reproducibility is another thing. I need to work on my technique. And after carrying it around for a few hours, my arms are definitely complaining!
