Barn Swallows

These are pretty unsatisfying pictures, but zoomy zounds! they’re hard to capture.

    Not so unsatisfying when compared to the millisecond glimpses you get through binoculars. Swallows are beautiful but incredibly agile.That means tough to see unless one lands nearby. It’s a bird your brain has to assemble from fragments and shards without ever having seen the whole bird at the same time.
