March 19th: circling with another adult as a third Red-tail checks out the romance situation.

Not seen by myself, but the group I was with described the bird to a T (or a V): March 26. Going through my picture files I see I have the bird on 2/16/23 as well.

March 27th, at 11 a.m.

March 27th at 1:30 p.m. This bird is banded, by the way, so I think this is the male of last year’s Sylvan Water nest.
