Unnatural Spring

Big construction in the neighboring park, and pile-driving offshore on the other side, but this parking lot leak has been here for ages.
Fresh water on a hot day.
For all sorts. There were at least two of these European Paper Wasps.
And mud. There were four of these Yellow-legged Mud-daubers about.
