   I ran 9 miles today (a big distance for me). Everything about today has been a little fuzzy ever since.

      Bravo, Paul! I recently walked about nine miles, to get in practice for a walk around Dartmoor National Park in Britain, in which I’ll be doing 9-14 miles a day, but this is walking, with — this is the UK after all — pub breaks…
